When we say our rooties are for life, we mean it. We want your rootie to be your companion for life. And Rootmate we have always sought to become as circular and sustainable a project as possible.
From the beginning our selection of materials is designed to be super durable, repairable and also, of course: repaintable. The rooties are made in artisanal processes and 100% by hand, taking care not to have an overproduction of our pieces, since good things take time. Rest assured that our materials and processes have always been chosen thinking that our pots could be used over and over again.
This is why after a year and a half on the market, Re-Paint comes to Rootmate, our new color change service thinking of all plant mates who want to change their space and the color of their rootie can now change too.
Re-Paint is part of our commitment to provide our Plant Mates with a quality guaranteed product, we know that rooties are your companions and letting them go is not an option. Trying to do more with less for the environment is a challenge for society; one way is to find solutions so that our products are with you throughout their lives.
We seek to have more and more initiatives to take care of our planet and bring products to Rootmate that follow our quality protocols so that you buy once and they accompany you for a lifetime.
This is your call to re-paint your rootie whenever you need it and make conscious decisions, which is why we finally explain how it works and what are the steps to follow.
1. First things first: Reach out! We need to say hello to your rootie and by this we mean know who it is and where it is, contact our team via insta DM or email hello@rootmate.co
2. We are all different: This service is a personalized service and therefore there are different options for your rootie to reach us. Once you have contacted our team we will offer you the most convenient one. You can get an estimate on our Re-Paint page.
3. Let's Re-paint! Your rootie will be collected by our team to arrive at our factory and give it a complete makeover.
4. Back home. When your rootie is ready we will send it back to your home to enjoy its new space with you.
